The 8(a) STARS II GWAC is designed to promote small business utilization when purchasing information technology (IT) services or IT services-based solutions for the federal government. Using 8(a) STARS II enables federal agencies to access 8(a) firms through an established contract vehicle instead of traditional, open market methods – saving time and taxpayer money.
The CIO-SP3 (The Chief Information Officer–Solutions and Partners 3) GWAC is a 10-year indefinite delivery, ID/IQ contract managed by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Information Technology Acquisitions and Assessment Center (NITAAC). This contract is designed to permit the Institutes and Centers (IC) of NIH, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), and all other federal agencies to acquire a wide range of IT solutions and services as defined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 2.101(b).

Transformation Twenty One Total Technology (T4)is an easy-to-use, flexible, multiple-award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/ IQ) contract vehicle hosted by the Department of Veterans Affairs Technology Acquisition Center (TAC) to provide information technology solutions through the performance of a broad range of IT-related services. The contract has a five-year base period, with a ceiling of $12 billion. A comprehensive range of mission-critical IT services can be procured under the vehicle. These include program management support, systems and software engineering, test and evaluation, enterprise network services, cyber security, training and IT facilities, IV&V, operations and maintenance, enterprise management framework, and software technology demonstration and transition.
